Vitrifrigo have developed a new top opening 12 volt fridge ideal for narrow depth work surfaces in smaller campervan conversions. Perfect for models like the Toyota Granvia, VW Caddy and other conversions on smaller chassis.
The new TL20 has a decent 20 litre capacity in a top opening fridge that is only 230mm deep. The internal height of 325mm allows you to stand standard wine bottles to upright.
Installation is straight forward with the compressor mounted below the fridge. The thermostat is separate and can be mounted up to 0.8m from the fridge maximise the usable space inside the fridge.
The TL20 uses the BD Micro, which is super quiet and 45% lighter than the standard BD35 compressor. Power consumption is a very modest 0.2A/h in UK summer time.
